Masterpass is the shopping online solution powered by Mastercard that allows you to make purchases using your PC, smartphone or tablet, in an easy, quick and safe way on every website that shows the Masterpass logo.

Masterpass allows you to make online purchases using your BNL PAY or Hello! PAY app.

Visit your favorite website and choose the goods you want to buy. When you are ready for paying, click “Buy with Masterpass" and choose BNL PAY/Hello! PAY from the Masterpass wallet list:
1) if you are purchasing from a smartphone where BNL PAY or Hello! PAY app is installed, launch your app and select the card that you want to use, and the shipping & billing address. For completing the payment, enter your secret PIN or the fingerprint.
2) if you are purchasing from a device where where BNL PAY or Hello! PAY app is not installed, you will be asked to scan a QR Code. Launch your app, scan the QR Code by selecting "Buy Online", and follow the instructions for proceeding with the payment in complete safety.

Although you can insert in your Masterpass wallet the most popular payment cards, several merchants might not accept all of them.. If a card is not accepted, you will be informed properly in your app.The websites that offer Masterpass as payment mode will surely accept Mastercard as payment circuit.

Every merchant defines its own shipping policies. IF a merchant canot ship to one of your addresses, that address is not available. If you can, select another shipping address. Alternatively, you can contact directly the merchant in order to get assistance.

You can use every kind of BNL or Hello bank! card for your Masterpass purchases, also no Mastercard cards.

The Masterpass service offered by BNL is currently available only in Italy.
